Our Neighborhood RESPONDED

Our neighborhood responded so generously and so quickly.

Maggie Dicks at HG Hill Middle School and several teachers took five carloads of food to North Nashville. We have another five carloads to take.

They saw firsthand the damage from the tornado. There is no electricity, AND it probably won’t be restored quickly.

MORE HELP IS NEEDED: hand wipes, flashlights, and batteries, duct tape, diapers, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Teachers will be taking another load of items tomorrow at 11 am and probably Thursday. You can come anytime to donate.

Thanks to ALL for such incredible generosity, Margie Druffel

Another great commUNITY response.

There was a lot of work taking place today at HG Hill Middle School. A large number of people took time off to make sandwiches and pack over 400 sack lunches with chips, fruits, cookies and a drink.

These and additional canned goods were delivered to North Nashville this afternoon.

We still need flashlights, batteries, wipes, and inexpensive blankets.

Thank you EVERYONE for a great commUNITY response.

A Shout-out for Lowe’s / Charlotte Pike Store: THANK YOU for donating tons of tubs and plastic sheeting to HG Hill Middle School teachers to take up to north Nashville.
